Project Manager
Job Description

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the WMS system, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of warehouse operations.

Ensure SOPs are aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Plan and execute the rollout of the WMS to warehouse staff.

Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the initial rollout phase.

Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven experience in building or implementing ERP projects focusing on warehouse and inventory management modules.

Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.

Demonstrated logical thinking and critical thinking abilities.
