Project Manager

Job Description
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the WMS system, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of warehouse operations.
  • Ensure SOPs are aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and execute the rollout of the WMS to warehouse staff.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the initial rollout phase.
  • Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in building or implementing ERP projects focusing on warehouse and inventory management modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated logical thinking and critical thinking abilities.
